Contact List Added
You can now manage your contacts!. Are all your contacts within Outlook or Goldmine? Not a problem. You can now import them to be used within ovosuite. Add and manage contacts that are intergrated within the calendar and minute maker.

Forum Email Notifications Added
Subscribe to an email thread or board?  You now receive email notification everytime a new post occurs.

Calendar Event Types Added
Create events within your calendar and associate them against an event type. You can filter your calendar view, based on event types. The administrator can create new event types, as well as associate a graphic against each event type, so you can easily and quickly identify the event type.

Calendar Day View Improved
When viewing your calendar, via the day mode, it now displays events in a block style. Easily identify overlapping events, and plan your day or week more efficiently.

Administer Portal Improved
Usabilty has been improved for the administrator, whilst creating portal layouts for users.  Now you can click a quick link, "Administer Profiles" which will take you straight to administration mode. Efficiency and usabilty has been increased for the administrator.

Minute Maker Improved
Members that are invited to a meeting, via the minute maker, now receive email notification of the agenda, as well as having the event posted to the calendar for the meeting date and time, with details.

Portal Height Configuration Added
Need a portal window to be a particular height? Now you can drag the portal window height, and set it for your own resolution!

You can now link your ovodocs virtual file repository to a virtual drive.

Link the complete file repository or choose a particular folder within the repository you want to map to a virtual drive.

You can access the url to link on the properties dialog of a folder as shown below.

Ovocalendar utilizes the same functionality as ovosuite, but just concentrates on the secure group calendar, thus delivering the service at a lower monthly cost.

Ovocalendar is not a personal web calendar. Ovocalendar is based around calendar communication for a group/business which has specific hierarchy and security permisions for events.

The administrator has control over -

• Managing Users
• Managing Group
• Managing Channels.

Managing Users

Add, edit or remove users. Users are able to gain access to the calendar via the calendar login. Users get access to post, view and/or edit posts, depending on their security permissions, which are defined in channels.

Managing Groups

Make life easier by creating groups. No longer specify security access per user, but as a group (of course we also allow user permissions to be set)

Managing Channels

Channels are the glue within the posts. Channels are what allows certain users to see and do things that other users cannot. Create channels, add users or groups to the channel. When a user now views the calendar they see the calendar, depending on their channel access.

The ability to add a file to the document management system through a simple upload file interface. Before the dropbox was implemented a customer had to use the document management system to upload a file (which requires a higher level of computer skill - right click).

Now you can add two types of customers.

A customer with drop box only.

When you add a customer, you now have two types of customers to add.

Once you have saved the user, they can now login. The user will see your virtual document system through the eyes of the profile you have set them to.

Depending on feedback, we are considering exposing the dropbox administration to the admin user.
This will allow the admin to configure multiple dropboxes with dfferent folder storage locations.
